Location
Located on the edge of the forest, this urban hotel is situated right in the heart of Mexico City. There is a subway/suburban rail station nearby, about 200 yards away.


Facilities
The hotel has 19 junior suites, 8 suites, apartments, 193 single rooms and 44 double rooms, which are located on 25 stories and are reachable by 5 elevators. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A coat check, a safe, a currency exchange service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and 9 conference rooms are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and a stereo system are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are a variety of recreational facilities and services to choose from, including a gym, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium.


Meals
Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
