Location
This 4-star ski hotel, a historic structure built in 1625, is located in the heart of Leukerbad. Winter sports are a high priority in the region, and adventures in the snow are guaranteed. It is just a few minutes' walk to the slopes and cross-country trails.

Facilities
4 junior suites, 8 suites, apartments, studios, 36 single rooms and 87 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-story main building and a 4-story auxiliary building. At this hotel, which includes 5 elevators, guests are warmly welcomed at the lobby's 24-hour reception desk. A safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a library, room service, a hairdresser and 7 conference rooms are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service (for a fee).

Rooms
Rooms are equipped with central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sports/Entertainment
The pleasantly heated water of the pool area ensures comfortable swimming. A refreshing dip in the outdoor pool is highly recommended, while 2 indoor pools guarantee that swimming is always an option, no matter the weather. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. Guests can unwind in the on-site hot tub. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and bocce are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, squash and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, spa treatments, acupuncture treatments, anti-aging treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments and Ayurveda treatments. Meals
Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere await guests in 2 non-smoking restaurants. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.

Such a shame for such a good location

Good side: the real good point about this hotel is that tunnels lead you to the Alpentherme without having to go outside. The location is excellent as it is at the top of the village of Leukerbad...
