This apartment hotel is situated in L'Estartit, about 200 yards from the sandy beach. The center with all its tourist hotspots can be reached within around a quarter mile. Guests can reach nightlife options like nightclubs, bars and restaurants in about a quarter mile and shops in about a quarter mile. Public transportation is located approximately a quarter mile away. Gerona (GRO) Airport is approximately 20 miles away.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 260 apartments located in two 3-story buildings with elevators. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe and a playroom. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot.

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Location

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
