Perfect for business travelers as well as families, this business hotel is situated off the beaten path about 1 mile from the tourist heart of Arrowtown. The region offers ski enthusiasts ideal conditions for a winter vacation. Shops, bars, and restaurants can be reached within about 1 mile. Queenstown (ZQN) Airport is situated about 9 miles away.


Facilities
The property includes 12 villas/houses as well as 68 junior suites, 70 suites, 30 apartments, 51 studios, 119 single rooms and 51 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike rental service as well.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
