Facilities
The hotel has an elevator and features 337 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests traveling by car. Other services include a babysitting service on request, a childcare service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor.


Rooms
Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Equipped with a telephone, a TV and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package and all-inclusive. All-inclusive vacationers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. A generous breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).

not worth money and its really not 5 star

we have paid for UAI....and we can not find no ultra at this hotel. We have been in Turkey before, and I have never experienced anything like this even at 4 stars hotels way way better than this...
