Facilities
The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The hotel provides a safe, a childcare service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a conference room and a theater hall. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.


Rooms
Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. Equipped with a telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.


Sports/Entertainment
There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports program, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, volleyball, basketball, miniature golf and archery. The water sports offered include aquafit. A wide range of indoor sports are also offered, for example table tennis, billiards and darts or, for a fee, a gym and aerobics. A range of wellness facilities, such as a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments, are offered at the hotel. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a spa, a sauna and massage treatments. Recreational facilities include an entertainment program, a kids' club and a kids' disco.


Meals
The dining area includes a buffet restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Special extras await all-inclusive guests – snacks as well as a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The chefs prepare delicious specialties during the show cooking.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
