This resort is located just 100 yards from the center of Batam Island. The nearest shops can be reached within about 100 yards.


Facilities
Guests receive a warm welcome at the resort. 3 suites, 30 apartments, 125 single rooms and 7 double rooms are available. Check-in and check-out are easy at this complex, which has a 24-hour reception desk and an elevator. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the complex provides various services and facilities, including a safe, room service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. A kitchenette with a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station is also provided as a standard feature. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be reserved.


Sports/Entertainment
The outdoor pool complex is ideal for exercise and relaxation. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including volleyball, golf, a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. The resort offers an entertainment program for adults.


Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A bed and breakfast package can be booked. It is also possible to order a set lunch menu.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
