Location
Centrally located in El Arenal, this hotel is about 5 minutes from the sandy beach. Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI) Airport is approximately 6 miles away.


Facilities
The hotel was modernized as recently as 2017. The hotel has 170 rooms, including 10 single rooms and 114 double rooms, which are located on 11 stories and are reachable by 2 elevators. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a TV room and a car rental service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A bicycle rental service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


Rooms
Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Extra beds are available upon request for a fee. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be reserved. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
