Location
This airport hotel lies right on a main road in the heart of Can Pastilla, approximately 350 yards from the sandy beach. Right outside the door are bars, restaurants, shops and public transportation stops. It is about 2 miles to Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI) Airport.


Facilities
The hotel has 17 single rooms and 172 double rooms, which are located on 5 stories and are reachable by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A safe, a currency exchange service, an ATM, a TV room, a playroom and medical assistance are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


Rooms
Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.


Sports/Entertainment
The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, miniature golf and archery. Water sports available at the hotel include water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, banana boat rides and catamaraning. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. The hotel offers an entertainment program for adults.


Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Half board can be booked. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for lunch and dinner.

Location

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
