Surrounded by beautiful rive and lakeside scenery, this business hotel is located just a minute's walk from the center of Porretta Terme. The region is perfect for enjoying the great outdoors all year long. A popular alpine ski area is located about 20 miles, and it is about 65 miles to the beach on the coast. Bologna (BLQ) Airport is located about 45 miles away.


Facilities
The hotel was built in 1904. 3 junior suites and 45 double rooms are located on 7 stories and can be reached by elevator. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Amenities available at the hotel include a coat check and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service and a laundry service. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike rental service as well.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
