Centrally located in Playa del Carmen, this urban hotel is about 100 yards from the sandy beach.


Facilities
58 rooms, including 16 suites, 7 single rooms and 23 double rooms, are located on 3 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services and facilities include a coat check, a safe, a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a conference room and a page service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a parking lot. Services include a hotel shuttle bus.


Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.


Sports/Entertainment
The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa and a solarium.


Meals
Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A bed and breakfast package can be booked. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
