This beach hotel is located approximately a 15-minute drive from the center of Pulau Gaya.

Facilities
The property includes 120 villas/houses as well as 121 non-smoking rooms, including suites and 120 double rooms. The reception desk is open around the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the resort provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service, a library, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden.

Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sports/Entertainment
The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can use outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, catamaraning and diving. For a fee, guests can also enjoy sailing, kayaking and snorkeling. Sports and recreation facilities at the complex include a gym, yoga and callisthenics. After a long day, guests can relax in the wellness area, which features a spa and massage treatments. A beauty salon is among the facilities available for an extra fee. Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
