Location
Situated in a quiet area, this ski hotel is ideal for parents with children. It is located approximately a quarter mile from the heart of Santa Cristina Gherdëina with all its tourist attractions. The region offers visitors plenty of fun in the snow. Ski lovers in particular are guaranteed an exceptional experience. Public transportation stops are just outside the door.


Facilities
15 junior suites, 5 suites, 2 single rooms and 18 double rooms are located on 6 stories and can be reached by 2 elevators. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the resort provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a TV room, a playroom, a childcare service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.


Rooms
Central heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a mini fridge. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. For additional convenience, bathrooms also provide a hairdryer. The resort has non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The pool area guarantees comfortable swimming with its 2 indoor pools and pleasantly heated water. On hot days, a dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is highly recommended. Children can splash around in their own swimming area. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, golf, a putting green and Nordic walking. The complex's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sports and recreation facilities at the resort include a gym, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a beauty salon. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.


Meals
Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a dining room, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between a buffet and a set menu for dinner. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.

  • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
