This apartment hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Rico, right on a main road not far from a sandy beach. For beach vacationers, it is an ideal point of departure for exploring the city. A number of options for nightlife and entertainment are within 5 to 10 minutes' walk.


Facilities
The apartment hotel has 59 apartments, which are located on 8 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom, a childcare service and medical assistance are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


Rooms
A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Guests can also reserve separate bedrooms. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator. Internet access and a TV are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
