Please note, unfortunately, due to some operational reasons, PIA operation has been disturbed and many flights are cancelled/delayed.

No need to obtain refund authority from PIA. If the flight got cancelled or delayed more than 3 hours, CCNIL remarks will be inserted in the PNR for refund or further re-issuance (INVOL re-issuance is only allowed through the PK offices).

You all are requested to please inform our valued passengers to check the flight booking/update before leaving for the airport.

Agents are advised to circulate this information to all your staff for necessary action & compliance.
